Faculty members at Shine come from different International and Domestic airline with experience. All our trainers have worked in there specialised departments at the airport and the property and hence are able to guide and teach the students with hands on experience and latest syllabus as per Shine standards. Apart from management personnel we also have experts in field like communication ,Grooming, Personality Development, who trains our students on the above mention aspects as a part of Diploma course to give the candidates personality as instant lift.
